Been looking for a good nail salon since we moved here and we found our place! The staff at Alberta Nails Spa are wonderful! Mary is the absolute best! First time into the salon both mine and daughter's nails lasted over 3 weeks. Second time here I came in with a broken leg and they took such gentle care of me during my mani-pedi you would have thought it was being given by my mom! My nails look great too! Kudos ladies, you've got regulars!
I was looking for a local nail shop so I could get my nails done for a concert, and came across Alberta Nails Spa. I called to make sure I could come in in the next fifteen minutes, and they said yes. I got white gel nails for the price of $49. They charged me an additional $10 for the removal of my fake nails which I found slightly unusual because typically, I've found, if you are getting your nails re-done after a removal of prior-done nails the salon will not charge you. My nails looked fantastic after they were initially completed; although, 1 day after my nails had already chipped! They had told me after my first appointment if there were any issues I could come back in, so I came back in. I called to make sure I could come in, and they said it was ok. Upon my arrival, the people working in the salon continuously questioned me as if I was trying to get my one nail re-done for free without have been to the salon beforehand. I felt very uncomfortable, and frustrated as I had previously spent $60 (20% tip included)-- for a gel manicure! I have never written a review before, but this has seriously pissed me off.
This spa is the best! I get my eyebrows waxed here, along with a mani and pedi, every two months. They do such an amazing job on my eyebrows, and the manis and pedis are so relaxing and chill.
They take walk-ins, but I recommend calling ahead, because it can get pretty busy depending on when you go.
The staff is so incredibly kind and efficient, and they create such a welcoming environment.
