I walked in on an Thursday at 3:40. Their was no wait and I waited for 30 minutes to get into a chair. I didn't understand that I had to wait and there Were Not any other people waiting. The "Main" lady DJ in there language... why hadn't I been placed in a chair because their was no other people waiting for a pedi... I was finally pulled back . I have never been to this salon for my nails. I will not send anyone to get there nails done here at all. I plan on Not coming back.

This is the worst nail salon ever first time here and it will be my last they dont even deserve one star so disappointed
No COVID safety, Nancy does not wash her hands. They do HORRIBLE work and see absolutely no problem with it, i do NOT recommend you spend any hard earned money with this establishment.
I had been going to Nancy's awhile and Friday was my first visit leaving dissatisfied. I was in the shop almost three hours and I spoke to several employees there about not being happy with my manicure. I was told by the last employee, I asked to address my problem, to go back to the guy who did my manicure. I did so and was told that there was nothing he could do. This was also the first time my payment was collected before my manicure was completed.
I came here because this was one of my spots in 2011. I don't mind paying for nails if they are good and I tip. I paid $93 for a fill and pedicure (over my original ombre nails) with a clear fill. They charge an extra $20 per service for gel and some fees were not clear. I will NOT be back!
