This, being the closest nail shop to my house, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They are very clean, and organize, however the son is very rude all the time. The lady who works there does a pretty good job what making sure you get what you want so I thought they were getting better at customer service. However, it's a bummer to know that your fills and other reoccurring services are the exact same if not close to being the same price as your original service. The man in the first chair always paint my nails thin, so you really have to stay on them about what kind of results you want to receive. I would only go to this nail shop if I absolutely have to get my nails done (like a last minute resort).
No complaints! They gave me exactly what I wanted and used clean instruments. Would highly recommend you check them out!
It took forever then something was wrong with the top coat of nail polish. They tried it again and it still didn't dry properly. I had to leave and left with nails that I will have to have redone at another salon. They still charged me for it and added $10 to the receipt after I left.
very nice and clean salon but the wait was FOREVER. we sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before called for our pedicures and then sat with our feet in the water for another twenty before anyone even thought about starting our pedi's! there were only two people working on a Saturday so they were rushing to get through customers. Will not be coming back.
This place looked pretty good at first glance, prices weren't unreasonable. When I got inside it was a completely difference atmosphere-the workers were very rude and talked amongst themselves with no regard to the customer-they were rough and really did a crappy job on my nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My experience was horrible.
