Suite 102 Salon in Little Rock, AR

Tried to see Ali and a less experienced stylist booked me and didn't do a very good balayage. She pretended to be Ali on the phone.

I've been going to Sydney and this salon for about two years now and love love love it! Sydney is the best! The other stylist do fantastic work as well (the color work these women do is something else- from observation and from experience)! I found the salon on yelp after moving to LR and called up and made an appointment. I have not looked back since. I cannot emphasize enough how talented these women are at their work. I always recommend Syndey and this Salon - thought I would make it official on yelp! Seriously talented stylists - especially Syndey!

Even if she sucked (which she for sure doesn't) I'd go to Ali just for her sense of humor! I actually enjoy going there because I ugly and loudly laugh the entire time! Talent and fun - who could want anything more?!?

I was so nervous about find someone to do my platinum white hair. I went by reviews on Yelp and choose to come here. Alli did not disappoint!

My hair came out perfect! She listened to everything I said. I've been this color for years, so I already know what works and what doesn't. Most stylists don't care. They just want to finish fast. Alli took her time and gave me this flawless custom color. She has great energy too! Oftentimes, I'll feel zapped after getting my hair done. Not here! I actually felt energized and excited!

Another thing that helped was that she was excited to do my hair. She didn't come at it with a defeated "maybe I can do it" attitude. That tells me that she's a real artist who loves her work. It shows!

The salon has a private parking lot, so you don't have to worry about street parking. Half of it is shaded by beautiful trees too.

I'm thrilled with my results and already scheduled my next appointment.

I travel a lot for work and needed a haircut on the road. I yelp places close by and come across this salon. Five stars, pictures look great. How could it go wrong? I call to make an appointment, they fit me in. I arrive right on time and a woman ushers me into a chair. No introduction. She wraps an apron around my neck and says curtly "How do you want your hair cut?"
I was taken aback by the abruptness of the question
"Excuse me" I said politely.
"How do you want your hair cut" she repeats.
I describe how I like my hair.
She grabs her sheers and goes to town. This is a no nonsense woman. After a minute I see the sides aren't really to my liking. "We could go shorter on the sides" I say
"Ok" she says, and disappears to the back for a minute. She cuts a little extra off the side. And it's still not short enough for me, but it's not worth the fight, I thought. I let it go.
She starts chopping away at the top of my hair. She has completely changed the style I walked in with. Without any real discussion. She takes a lot off the top. I had said when i came in "I just like a lot of texture on the top."
After she's cut a good inch off, she says "how do you usually style your hair?"
So I describe what I do, and kinda go to move it to that position and my hair can't do it. The hair on top is too short.
She says "you can get hair to do whatever you want".
Annnnd that's it. She unsnaps the apron and says "cash or card"
There was no talk about a shampoo, or style. Which I wanted. I left completely dissatisfied and honestly in need of another haircut.
