Today I wanted a hair cut & usually drive for a 1/2 hour to my regular place but decided to check out this place. Very happy with the cut. She asked how i like my hair and I told her exactly what I wanted and she cut my hair the exact way I wanted it - she also reminded me to let her trim my eyebrows. The whole cut & trim was effortless for her. I would give 6 stars if I could because I just found a new place for my hair haircuts.
I went in for a haircut and my hair dyed she fried my hair and I have curly hair and it is cut so uneven and my hair looks awful you could no longer tell I had any curl at all I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I also got my nails done and the fingernail polish was already chipping away after 2 days the only thing that was done nicely and look good was my toenails so I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
I love One Stop. I've been coming here for many years and I always get what I ask for. If you are looking for a fancy salon that caters to complicated hairstyle requests, you're not going to get that here. But if you have basic hairstyle, cut, color, waxing, and nail needs this is the place! I've gotten my hair done here for nearly 10 years and always get compliments.
DO NOT get your haircut here ever!!! This is my husbands second time here. 1st time the haircut was great! Second time around she cut a bald spot on my husbands head and when confronted she disagreed right away and said it was a scar! It's very interesting because the last time he got a hair cut from them there was No scar and bald spot. Theresa is her name! She refused to take fault and screamed at her colleague to come over and said you see a scar right???? This is definitely not how you run a business and tell people they're wrong when it's clear in the picture that she made a mistake and shaved a bald spot on the side of his head. Here's the thing we didn't ask for any money back nor did we want anything free from her. But the fact that she denied ever doing that and actually causing a scene is by far ridiculous. Horrible service!
