Bella Nail Studio in Gresham, OR

I have been a customer here since maybe about 2016 for pedicures only. it's been my favorite place because they're clean, polite, and their work is 10/10 times really great regardless of the different nail techs i've had. over time i started spacing out my pedi's even more because this place seemed to be inconsistent with prices which could vary by day it seemed like. i came in recently, place looked a bit different (less nail stations, complimentary drinks gone), i asked the male tech that would be doing my pedi if there is a new owner and he said yes and started bad mouthing the previous owner. he seemed so annoyed in general and quite honest gave me anxiety. he would talk nonstop with the another tech there, me being on my phone i couldn't easily distinguish if he was speaking to me or not with the accent being quite thick-- which i could see made him mad. they would have people hanging out by the back door smoking, while the door was wide open and allowing the horrid smell of cigarettes to permeate the place. he RUSHED my service, i was in and out in 30 minutes, didn't shape my nails or any of the bare minimum things. in addition, their ipad/chip reader wasn't working, they humiliated me and made it seem like my CARDS (multiple cards were tried) had no funds, when in fact it was their wifi that was not working. i offered other cards and it got to the point where someone took my card along with the ipad OUTSIDE and out of sight to get "better signal". super sketchy. on my way out, they started arguing with a couple of girls who had scheduled an appointment and their tech was no where to be found, and somehow taking it out on them instead of apologizing or offering solutions. i was better off painting my own nails. coming here and getting pedi's used to be a treat but after this stressful anxiety inducing experience i will not be back ever. this place used to be great and so welcoming, now it gives me chills and makes me upset. very sad to see all the hard work Tony (previous owner) did to make this place thrive all go to waste so quick because of the new owners and staff.

I use to go here a lot. And as stated in the post below, Everyone is new.
Which may not be a bad thing, but in this case it is. No one is friendly or kind.  SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
This place use to be sooooo amazing and such a vibe when I brought friends to get our nails done.
Bella nails studio has gone in the dirt along with all the other customers who use to fill it's chairs.
The shorter lady in the front always yells at the other workers. When I come into a salon I would like to relax and get what I paid for. This is clearly not the establishment where you can relax anymore.

This is my very first time leaving a review. And sadly it's not a good one. i have been going to this nail salon for 6 years already and had never had a complaint til now...the people are all new. I wasn't expecting all of them to be new, the old people before were so good. This nail salon WAS my favorite unfortunately the new people made my first time experience shitty. The lady that was doing my pedi's was giving such an attitude when I asked to make my french tip thinner and said it was going to be $10 more when I was already paying $95 and specifically showed her a picture of how I wanted my French tip to look. I'm sorry but I'm the type of person that if I'm going to pay the cost I want to be satisfied with the work. I was so annoyed and disappointed I didn't even want to tip her. And I always like to make sure to tip to show appreciation.

Don't waste your money here.  I tried this place because I had a gift card. I got both a mani and pedi. They rushed the whole time and kept switching people. They didn't cut any of my cuticles or anything before painting. She didn't even take off all of my previous polish off before painting. I already had peeling on my hands and feet when getting home. Will continue to go to my normal nail place. Very shocked and disappointed.

I went in with hopes of getting nails similar to ones I had seen on Pinterest. I looked up pictures and reviews and they looked good. I called ahead of time to make sure they had time to fit me in. Once I arrived the lady in the front began yelling at another lady in the back to come help me (the place was empty). The girl came out about 5 minutes later after the front lady kept yelling to her. She asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture she told me to go to the other girl and that she doesn't do designs and then disappeared into the back. I went back to the lady in the front and let her know the other lady wanted her to do them. At that time she was in the middle of decorating a fake set. She showed me what she was working on and it was very pretty, so I figured she was better with designs. I asked her if she could do the ones in the photo because if not I just want a plain color, she said she could do it. During the process she kept talking and laughing and I was honestly confused until after about 20 minutes I realized she was on the phone. She told me she was talking to her boy friend (which didn't bother me). I was doing gel and she forgot to dry my nails multiple times and kept smudging them and having to fix them. I wanted a maroon color and she did them a deep red. She forgot to put too coat on one of my hands until I reminded her and she put two coats of top coat on the other. The waves did not look in my opinion very well done. She was super nice. The only thing that really made for the loss stars I would say is the fact she repeatedly did not dry my nails and then smudged them. I would tell her she forgot and she was like no I did and then would smudge it and say oops and have to redue it. I was there for so long that I was about to fall asleep as she was doing them. This whole time there were no other clients there AT ALL. She did give me a free mail file which was nice. They cost $70 which I feel they weren't worth because they looked nothing like I wanted. Wouldn't go back
