They didn't ask enough questions before we started and she shaved off a part of my hair that I wanted to keep which was my sideburns that I've been growing out for months. She treated me like a quick and dirty, has zero creativity or artistry, and winning with a hard chop off an area that I didn't want cut at all before we even finished talking about it. I thought she was angry when I came up for the appointment because she greeted me so coldly. They hired somebody with zero personality that has zero understanding on how to speak to a customer and communicate effectively about what they want.

Just had my first cut here yesterday with Karlee. I was super overdue for a cut and feeling impulsive. Karlee was so awesome, she worked with me to make sure I was happy and wasn't afraid of doing something drastic (after making sure I knew what I was getting in to taking so much length off). I appreciated her expert opinion and artistic eye and working with me to sculpt my new look. She also assured me of their 7 day guarantee multiple times in case I wasn't happy after a wash. The salon itself is nice, not as harsh of lighting as some other salons and doesn't reek of hairspray. Will definitely be back.
