I made 3 appointments with Kaitlyn and she canceled ALL 3 times, of course her excuse was sick and car wreck...well of course I felt bad and rescheduled once again! Come to find out she was NOT SICK OR EVEN IN A CAR WRECK, she used those excuses to have me feel bad for her! Shame on YOU! SHE was at a concert and a wedding and didn't want to work!
If you dont want to work don't make appointments and be a flake! Then post on Social media where and what you did! You will be caught! AGAIN SHAME ON YOU for saying you were in a car wreck and in the hospital! Don't waste your time with her!
I am really disappointed. After moving here last year, I was seeing the owner megan and loved the way she did my hair. But the professionalism is lacking. At the end of my appt I make my next appt and save it to my phone. I showed up to my last appointment and she told me my appt was 3 hrs earlier. She seemed annoyed that I showed up. When I asked why I didn't get a text she stated she'd been on vacation and forgot. I asked her why she didn't text me at the time she had down for my appt and she wouldn't answer. If she would have text or called I would have jumped in the car and been right over and she wouldn't have lost out on the money or the client.
I made a next day appointment online and ended up being seen by Christina. I can't recommend her enough!! She did such a great job and my hair turned out exactly how I hoped it would! The salon itself is very nice as well
I was there almost 3hours. Thao started my nails. A new set. I asked for almond shape. After just the tips were on I voice my concern because they were all leaning to the right and very pointy. He said not to worry. Then when the solar power was on I said stop I'm leaving. Was on so thick! Manager did come over, all I had to do was show her the message!! She did fix my nails! Ended up charging me extra for everything! Extra $$ for their mistake

I had really long and thick hair that I hadn't had cut for almost 2 years. I've never had layers that I liked but Greta gave me the best hair cut I've ever had! She was able to keep the length but cut my hair so I now have hair that holds a curl and looks great curled or straight! I showed her my Pinterest inspiration pics and she did exactly what I was looking for!
