This was THE best experience I have ever had getting a manicure and pedicure! I literally felt welcome from the moment I called and checked on pricing to the moment I (unfortunately) had to leave. I felt so welcome and enjoyed great conversation with not only the owners but the patrons about NY food, wine and about being a "transplant" to Richmond. So many one liners I can't recall. Literally belly laughs at some moments. If I could afford to go here every week, I would. Both pedicure and manicure were PERFECT! I will absolutely return!!
When I saw the post that Bink's was accepting appointments, I jumped online immediately! This was my first visit so I was a little hesitant but the way this pandemic has us set up, I needed to get out of the house. Bay Bay was my nail tech and she was friendly and engaging. I needed the works! My cuticles looked horrible and my nails were nubs, not to mention I have the shortest nail beds ever. Bay Bay was meticulous and neat and she accommodated my requests. The shop was clean and they have taken the necessary precautions to ensure safety against COVID-19 exposure. I definitely will be going back. Even though I have to trek from the Westend, it's worth it!

Krystal was amazing, so nice and we had a great conversation! Her shellac manicure is still flawless and I went in a while ago! I found them on Groupon and got a great deal but it would be worth it regardless!
OMG! This was the best experience I ever had with pedicure. I bought a Groupon for Super Deluxe. It includes hot stones, super massage, wax and much more. It did take two hours but hey! It lasted for 5 weeks! My nails needed to be cut, true. Highly recommended!
