This place is so bad I was just trying to have fun today but I checked in online and said that it would be 50 mins. After 40 mins we checked in at the store and it said as 2hour wait. This place was never good. Th y never give you a good haircut and never what u ask for. This place sucks.
I have been to this location several times. The last two times have been a big disappointment. This particular time I went online for an appointment as I always do. My regular stylist was not there so I picked another one. I arrived in advance of my appointment. I was on the board as being in the shop with a wait time of 7 minutes. No one ever spoke to me. I waited for over 20 minutes and their were no other customers in the store. There were three or four stylists in the store. At one point, they one by one just up and left. I assume they were in the back and did not want to wait on me. This is when I decided to leave. I am not sure what I did to receive such terrible service especially when I have been a long time customer. Very disappointing.
Great location, was promptly greeted and added to the waiting list (which went by quickly, especially for a Saturday). Alysha R was fantastic - great customer service, very amiable.
Most stylists do well, but they sometimes ignore scheduled customers and serve walk-in customers right before you get there for your scheduled time.
Tanner M did an AMAZING job working with my 5 & (almost) 3 year old! He made sure they were at ease. It was my 3 year old's first time having to be in the chair by himself (without mommy right next to him) & he looked soooo nervous (even with the mask that covers half his face!) but Tanner asked him if he was ready for his haircut & he said no, so Tanner said "ok, we can take a minute, do a big breath. Ok, are you ready now?" & my son felt comfortable with him then. He worked quickly & asked my sons if they could look whichever way he needed them to, instead of TELLING them. He took a clue from their Incredibles masks & talked about superheroes & styled my younger son's pre-cut hair like Dash's before he started cutting & my son's eyes looked so excited when he said that he looked like DasThey felt really comfortable with him & both like their haircuts! He even played around with them "air boxing" when they were done.
