Got my first highlights here with Cece, and I loved my experience! She listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. When I wanted to go lighter, she delivered once again. She truly cared about whether I was happy with how the hair turned out, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I can't recommend her enough!!!
No no no no! Save your money! Save your HAIR! The staff is RUDE! I came in asking for exactly what I knew I wanted! The stylist fought me every step of the way! The cut, the color! They charged me $210 for a cut and color when I left the same color I came in as! I even asked for more layers and the girl goes "you asked for long layers, I gave you long layers". No ma'am all you did was trim my hair. Horrible experience! They charged me extra for having thick hair and needed an extra bowl of "color" which never even dyed my hair! Horrible. Just save yourself. Pictured here is the Pinterest picture of the cut and color I asked for! The second picture is me leaving the salon. My hair is still light brown and they didn't even bother to try to cut it.

Got my hair done here a while ago -- so long ago that I don't even remember who did it. Either way though, amazing experience and my hair turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality hair upgrade whether it's just a cut or color! Super pricey, but that's what ya get when you color your whole head and I know it'll be pricey anywhere I go. I'm looking to get my hair dyed to a lighter brown like this again, but currently live in VA, so I'm on the search to find someone who can do this again around me.
Love the hair cuts I get from this salon. Scheduled my first color appt...not really familiar with terminology but long story short, I booked a 6 pm double process color appt, thinking this was for roots or full head color and highlights. I showed up for the appt, explained what I wanted to stylist but was told that there isn't enough time to do what I needed as they close at 7 - double process apparently only meant roots and gloss. Fine, I guess it's on me for not knowing what the process I selected entailed (no explanation on website what their services meant). So, I was okay with rescheduling. Mind you, I made the trip there expecting to get my hair color done. Would you believe they tacked on a deposit fee of 25 dollars for the rescheduled appt (which I truly suspect is just a consultation charge). Not only did I not get anything done, was turned away as there wasn't enough time...I had to pay $25.00. You would think that a customer with a valid appointment, who they turned away, wouldnt need to pay anything. Doesn't seem like excellent customer service to me - this salon needs to get educated on what true customer service is. I cancelled the rescheduled appointment and will be going to a different salon. I'm okay with giving them the $25, but that's the last dollar they will get from me.
