Nancy is amazing!!! The BEST mani/pedi I have ever had!!! Yes....she wanted a deposit to hold my appointment.....and I wasn't used to that....but let me tell you.....the work she did was awesome!!!!
Horrific customer service at this nail salon. First off, they require a $25 nonrefundable deposit to make an appointment. I have never heard of such a thing in all that in all the nail salons I have been to. Ever, ever, ever! Then the owner tells me to come in at 2:15 pm. When I arrived, she decided to take another customer ahead of me once she found out I had a gift certificate. Apparently, the people that have already paid aren't as important as the ones that haven't. Unbelievable! In addition, the salon is a dump. There's a lovely one across the street Wynn Nail Salon. They were more than happy to accommodate me with a welcoming attitude. I don't know how this place stays in business.
Nancy is great! Salon is super clean! You pay a small deposit before your appt so that way your spot is saved. She had such a wide variety of colors & polishes.
