Perfectly Polished in South Lake Tahoe, CA

I absolutely love how my nails turned out. So beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

The place looks nice and is comfortable inside. That was the only positive part of my experience. My friend and I went together and I got a gel manicure. The guy doing my nails did a very poor job. He accidentally left a bump of polish on one of my nails and he tried to fix it before giving up and continuing with the manicure. Once he finished, I looked and saw there were a few minor mistakes (the polish going higher up in some areas- not looking completely uniform) as it wasn't super noticeable without close examination I decided to let it be since he already barely fixed the nail he noticeably made a mistake on (which is as a big mistake on my end to not ask him to redo it for the price) Today it has been exactly 7 days since the manicure and 3 nails have already completely came off and others are cracked/chipped. For $47 plus tip this was the most low quality gel nails I have ever gotten. Usually my gel manicures last around 2 weeks before it starts to have small chips. I am at day 7 and have already lost 3 nails with the other ones shorty on their way out. This was my first time coming here, and I will definitely never go back. In the picture you can see the nails I have already painted over in a different color because the gel peeled off like they were set with Elmer's glue. You can see my nail has a huge crack on it that still has the pink gel polish I got done here. This was a waste of money, I would've been better if just painting my nails at home. Maybe if I had a different person at the salon I would've had a better experience- but the two guys who did me and my friends nails did a very poor quality job and didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

John is the absolute best, he does my nails to perfection every time! I am super picky and have been to countless nail salons over the years, now I won't go to anyone else. Highly recommend

Perfectly polished was such a great experience !! We came to Tahoe to celebrate a 17th birthday and she loves to get her nails done. So with ease we called ahead of time to reserve 9 services including massages!! We were all finished in two hours and were accommodated for and most importantly the birthday girl felt so special. Great conversation between us and the workers as well as a comfortable spacious seating arrangement. We truly had a great time!! Thank you so much to perfectly polished and their staff, we enjoyed our time and would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done in South Lake Tahoe!!

I stopped in and talked to Jimmie. He reviewed their different facial options with me and the prices. I asked if they could fit me in the next day. He said Yes and to please call. I scheduled a 1 hour facial the next day and was NOT disappointed. They made me feel appreciated. Thank you. Great customer service.
