I got a simple manicure yesterday. The woman kept filing my very short nails and I told her it hurt. She didn't speak English and just kept filing. Then she filed them some more after she painted my nails and ruined the polish. My tips of my fingers are so sore I can barely use my hands today!
The only thing I liked about this place was that the people that work there are nice people. However, it's painfully slow and my nail polish lasted less than 24 hours.
Got a regular pedicure and gel manicure last Saturday. Total was $100 before tip for transparency. In between my last color coat and clear gel coat, the technician buffed my nails, but then did not dust them off. So under the clear coat we're a bunch of bumps from the buff dust. The next day my nail lifted so I called in to get it touched up. The technician working said to me "you're bossy" ??? He felt the bumps and re-buffed all of the nails (without me mentioning it) and did a new clear coat which was very nice. But since having them done, I have had a nail lift every single day since. I started just super gluing the gel down because I don't want to go back. I am not harsh on my nails so this is very unusual. It's almost like the product was expired with how little it stuck to my nails.
The place smelled like cigarettes. My clothes and hair smell after having a pedicure service here. The technician was nice and she did a good job but the smell really bothered me.
Do not go here! Con artists. They make you pay $25 to make a reservation then i drove up and she was getting in her car and leaving!! Awful people. They closed the store when i was walking up! I was 5 minutes late but my God. I told her i was almost there. And she closed the shop. Who does that?? I guess she wanted to go watch the super bowl. And no refund of my $25. Scam artists. Do not go here!!
