Dazzle Nail Spa in South Lake Tahoe, CA

Hard pass after too many chances. They are rude and unprofessional. I have been maybe 10 times over the years but the last time was it. They complain if you don't do upgraded services and one jack Off who works there is a complete tool. He think it's cute to comment on the women's body's he's working on and often makes extremely rude comments. We couldn't help but overhear the things he was saying to a woman he was giving a pedicure too about her body, like it was a joke. The joke here is this place having good reviews. They were fine when they opened but the true colors have shown. almost any local I know now has had a bad experience or a friend has. I will never support this place, they are terrible . Lots of better options.

I am a local here in tahoe and always call for an appointment for nails and pedi. They told me to come in right away. I got there and waited a hour and 10 minutes until I was seen. I used to be a regular a couple years ago and left them cause I always waited. When u make a appointment I think your gonna walk in and get helped. I can understand if you're five or 10 minutes late but when it comes to an hour, Not OK. I decided to try another couple more times recently with Dazzle and was horrible experience both times. You never like to feel rushed or like you're an inconvenience to the business when you're paying them ALOT of money to give you what you're looking for. Being from South Lake Tahoe I love to support the businesses... it's really sad but will probably never go back. Sorry Dazzle

Service was below sub par. Quality of the service was even worse. Definitely not worth your money or time.

I made an appointment with Patty for a fill. She looked at my nails and asked who did my nails last. I told her I thought it was her but realized it was another gal in the office. She went on a rant in Vietnamese to the other gal and told me that the other gal would be doing my nails...after she took off my existing polish. When the other gal was done with the gal she was working on..I moved over to her station and Patty continued on with her verbal harassment to this other gal as I was now sitting at her station..I asked what she was saying and was told that she told her she had done a terrible job in my nails! I was so irritated with her yelling that I told her to please stop as it was not the relaxing experience people expected when getting their nails done. She continued on but finally shut up. It was very uncomfortable for everyone in that place.. She was acting like a bully and I would never go back there again. I told her my appointment was with her and she not only refused to do my nails but acted like a spoiled brat to put it mildly. Kelly, who did do my nails was a sweet person and did not deserve the tongue lashing she got nor did I or any other patrons deserve to be subjected to Patty's outbursts! Very unprofessional to say the least.

Extremely unprofessional! Audacity was on sale, the day we went in to get our nails done. Patty needs to quit her day job and work on bettering herself! Horrible customer service, treated her staff poorly, and classless. She doesn't belong in Tahoe, working with the public, especially with no common sense!
