COVID precautions are very good, plexiglass between technicians and customers and between each station. On first arrival you must wash your hands before choosing a color. Decent price for dip nails (40) and basic pedicure (30), good quality job!
Soooo upset. We have been coming here for over a year. Tonight the new nail tech did one of my daughters' nails. I'm so disappointed. I have never had an issue here. But this girl did such a horrible job!!! I'm so upset because I really like everyone else there!
So I've been going to another local salon in the area for over 5 years now. I became frustrated when I was being rushed through and the quality was lacking. I found WV nails on here and decided to give them a try. Well let me tell you, I will be a returning customer. Everyone was so nice. The nail tech took the time to tell me what he was doing and make sure that the shape and length suited me. Often I feel like at other salons they get angry when you want a different shape or shorter nails Not here, they were more than happy to make sure I was getting what I wanted. My nail tech took his time with shaping my nails and using the grinders, making sure to not cut me. Even though he took his time, I was still in and out in 50 minutes. They have snacks and drinks if you have to wait too! Also they do not care if you pay in card and do not push paying in cash, like other salons do which I feel is kind of sketchy. They have made me a returning customer for sure!
I have had both amazing and average experiences here. Honestly, I believe it depends who does your nails. However, I have always been treated great here! One downside is that I don't feel like they clean off the tables where they do your manicures which is unsanitary in my opinion. I wish they at least laid a towel down or something.
