Lacquer Nail Salon Spa & Lounge C in Morgantown, WV

Say I was extremely happy because they got me in and short amount of time and only thing I wasn't happy about was that my last meal I don't really been a couple days but hopefully I'll be returning and get everything fixed and then I can get them five stars

My nails turned out great. We made an appointment at 3:30 and I got my nails done at 4:30 and it ended around 5:30. My sister's nails didn't start until 5:30. They took tons of walk ins but my sister has to wait 2 hours to have her nails started. Terrible experience but they did do great nails on me not my sister.

Never would recommend,  didn't do one thing I asked for . Still had to pay 40.00 do not waste your time !! Skipped over by two customers and the man stopped in the middle of my nails didn't say a word ate food . Then started on someone else . Never experienced so much rudeness.

DO NOT COME HERE! This was hands down the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I asked for a square, straight shape for my nails, and the guy didn't understand what I was saying and just decided to not cut my nails at all. After asking him four times to use nail clippers he just picked up a file and only filed them. The shape came out round too. Then, after asking again, he picked up the clippers and cut them very unevenly. After getting through that I was harassed by three other people constantly asking me if it was ok, and it wasn't, but it was too far gone for them to do anything about it. He painted my nails in a rush and then shoved my shoes on, messing up two of my nails. Never coming here again, will be going to Suncrest nails where they actually know how to properly cut nails.

Very DISAPPOINTED!  My Granddaughter and I thought let's give this place a try for a change.  There  were 3 staff when we entered and one more that came in later and no other customers.  It took 2 plus hours for a full sets for her and a pedi with a full nail set for myself.  The pedi was $35.00.  Staff not friendly and the end bill at  $140.00 plus tip was a lot for the service received.  I have cuts around my fingers.  The nails are not symmetrical and not cleaned up on the underside of the nail.  I was advised that the problem was because I didn't know how to hold my hands.  Well I'll be damned I have been getting my nails done for years and have never been told I didn't know how to hold my hands.  
They apparently are not aware that the nation is under COVID guidelines as not one staff member kept a mask on after we started getting our service.  The place is dirty, looking at the ceiling lights and windows is a clear indicator of the unkempt shape the salon is in.  Hmmm... I can only wonder what goes on behind the scenes.  
I will never go back!
