I am new to the area and went to this location. Received a deluxe mani/pedi. The foot massage and hand massage were ok. The hot towel and paraffin wax was great but the cutting of the nails and cleaning the cuticles didn't even happen. I felt like me being there was a bother. I had to go somewhere else to get everything fixed. I wasted $85.00 and I will never return. I think I might make the two hour trip to my old nail salon.
My sister and I came in to get a mani/pedi for me and SNS/pedi for her. We are from out of town. The man, I assume the owner, was angry that I didn't need or want gel nails. He kept pressuring me to get them and I kept saying no. I have one nail that had a serious infection 2 months ago and my doctor doesn't even want me to get a mani and I had to tell him that to shut him up. Because he was so angry, he never spoke to me except about the gel nails. He also did a sloppy and rushed job and said my nails were fine...they're not! I still have cuticle pieces I will need to trim later. I'm going to buy nail polish remover to clean up my nails so they don't look like a 5 year old painted them! And then after the event I came for, I'll take the polish off altogether! There are air bubbles in the polish, polish all over my finger, polish on my cuticles, the whole nail isn't polished! If I wasn't in need of this for an event, I'd take it all off now! Can't wait to go back to my regular salon!!!
This is a husband and wife owned and operated salon super nice people. Went to get a manicure and Donna did my gel nails and I loved her and the job she did, didn't need a pedicure just yet!!! I have tried four salons since moving to Morgantown. Donna @ Le Nails and Lee at Q nails are my #1 picks. Will never again go to Citi Nails "the worst of my life" or Lovely Nails "good pedicure..new girl/ bad manicure, manicurist was loud and pushy"!
I rarely get my nails done (I worked hard for those runners' callouses! lol), but my best friend wanted to do mani-pedis before her wedding. I was impressed by Le Nails. They were courteous and did a very nice job on the entire bridal party (both manis and pedis, some French tipped, and one with an accent nail). I've gone back and had equally good service. My BF's mom goes there regularly, and it's my grandmother's favorite nail salon in town, as well. When I feel the urge to get my nails done, Le Nails is my go-to place.
Worst pedicure I have ever had. Only two people working , Andy did a great job. The female worker never spoke to me at all. I basically got my nails painted for my money, and she was never concerned if I was satisfied or not. She didn't even ask me , nor did a pedicure tool touch my feet , don't waste your time or money at this place
