Faby is amazing.... She has been doing my hair for at least 7 yrs. I will not go to anyone else... Even though I don't live in the city anymore I don't mind the drive to see her.... She also does threading... Which is by far the best... I highly recommend her, very professional and friendly... But book in advance, because she is very busy....
I absolutely LOVE Faby!! She took great care of my thin, fine hair. Color and cut look completely flattering and she was honest about what's best for my hair type and even showed me the color before she started and told me her idea to make sure I was ok with it. (Granted, I came in and just asked for a change with little direction other than leave the length of my hair). She did a wonderful job, she is amazing. I've been looking for someone for almost 3 years now to do what she just did! I'll be back.
Faviola is the BEST hair stylist EVER. You will not regret to give her your hair with your eyes closed. I love my hair again since the day I met her. My hair looks fabulous and healthy. Love it!
For $10, I find that I get a better haircut here than at most chain salons. I've been here about 10 times and never had an issue until recently. When the owner is not present, things seem to get a little unkempt. On my last visit, I noticed the hair clippers had not been cleaned when I sat down and she was going to use them on me, even though there was still hair from the previous customer. I spoke up and it was taken care of, but that lack of basic care is concerning to me, so they will get one more strike before I move on...and potentially report them for unsanitary conditions.
I just got back from the salon to get an impulsive home-hair cut fixed. All I gotta say is that the lady who cut my hair is very mean and stupid. I simply told her to NOT TOUCH the fronts of my hair. I don't care how you are cutting my hair in the back, just don't touch the front. When I saw her grabbing the fronts of my hair, I told her to stop...she began to raise her voice at me and shook her head as if I am stupid and its the only way to fix my uneven hair. She began to turn my chair around to show me how much hair she is only cutting.....it wasn't a lot but some of that hair was from my fucking front side of my hair!!!!! I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT HOW YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE BACK EVEN. I AM PAYING YOU TO NOT TOUCH THE FRONTS OF MY HAIR. I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. No blow drying, no styling, and no more cutting the front of my hair. Now the front of my hair is TOO even with the back (I wanted the front to be longer, untouched and not even with the back) and I look really stupid. I guess thats what happens when you get a $15 hair cut. A mean old lady who has no idea of what I want. Now I gotta deal with my shitty hair cut. I shouldn't have given her a $5 tip. She doesn't deserve 20%. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.
