Face To Face Salon And Spa in Chicago, IL

As much as I dislike spending 2 hours at the salon when I go to face to face they make it easy. The staff is so warm and welcoming and you can tell they are passionate about their careers. I received a color change with a thought out consult and a haircut that I love and zero pressure.

As an early xmas present for my 19 yr old daughter we were recommended to Face to Face my daughter needed a more professional look for her new job. She had very long hair that she dyed electric blue underneath her hair. She wanted a much shorter cut and a pretty dark plum color. Tracy was her stylist. She explained to Tracy what she wanted and Tracy took her time in listening to my daughter. Blue hair is not easy to go put color over. we were there 4 hours but the end result was beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted. Thank you Tracy !

I've been here on two occasions with two different stylists. First, I had Shannon who was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted with my hair, and really took the time to make it look great. She washed it, cut it, blow dried it, straightened it, then finished cutting it just to make sure that it looked good and that I was happy with it. I definitely recommend her! The second time I went in, Shannon wasn't available so I saw Tracy. I was not pleased, and months later I am still trying to grow my hair out from what she did. I feel as though she didn't listen to what I wanted and didn't take nearly the amount of time with me that Shannon did. My hair looks choppy and uneven and I am always wishing it would grow faster to even out the cut.

I got my hair done here for my graduation and couldn't be happier with that decision! Staff was outstandingly friendly, and provided great service. The stylist I had do my hair was amazing! I have long and thick hair, that at times, can be hard to work with. But she did exactly what I asked for, and made sure it was perfect. (She even made sure my hair was able to fit under my graduation cap! ) I received numerous compliments and felt confident of my hair that night. I will definitely be making a second visit!

I am new to this area of Chicago and I was not sure about choosing a salon from Yelp, but this is a great salon and totally not what you would think looking at the outside!! So modern and SUPER friendly. I had an up-do done by Noelle and she did a great job and she was great to talk to! Thank You, LOVED my hair!!
