I've been to this nail salon a few times and I've always had a very pleasant experience!! All of the nail techs are super nice and I am always very happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
Used to come here all the time. My last visit my nails bubbled which has never happened. I texted situation via their text app. No response so I went back the next day to get them fixed. The proceeded to burate me and say, what did you do to make them bubble. I didn't do anything she was convinced that I did something and it was my fault. They finally redid but felt they could have handled better.
Everything was nice the nails arent the best but they are cute! Only downfall is the pricing, its wayyyy too overpriced. Overall chill place just not worth the price. $130 for chrome french and a regular pedicure. 50 for regular nails this is ridiculous. 70 for pink french. Outrageous!!!
This was my first time coming to Super Nails and it did not disappoint! Maya was super skilled and efficient; my nails have gone through the ringer so they've been really thin and broken but she guided me on which type of manicure I should get to ensure strength as well as what I can do to help with my growth! I'll def come back again!
I've come here a few times for both pedicures and acrylic manicures and they usually treat me very nicely. The last time I had a fill in was on Thursday. The tech who did my nails didn't even ask if I wanted them filed or cut down, which was odd. There wasn't much exchange between us verbally. I woke up the next morning, and one of my nails was completely lifted. Like almost falling off. I called to see if I can get it fixed. The lady said they don't make appointments for repairs. I was fine with that. Came in - they were extremely rude. Didn't even greet me, which was a first since I've been coming here. After waiting 15 minutes I asked her how long is the wait as they were taking walk-ins, instead of repairing my nail. After 45 minutes, I have the receipts on my parking app, they finally started to fix it. They proceeded to blame me and said it was because my nails were old. They also said that they told me they needed to replace them when they did my nails the day before. This is not true. I would've let them. The difference of treatment from a regular manicure, and a repair is insane. I tried to be nice and told the lady that they should treat their customers nicer. She just kept on blaming me and said it wasn't their fault at all that my nail was falling off not even 24 hours after having it done. I will never come back here again.
