I've got to say I've had one of my best haircuts here and my very worst. Shannon did an amazing job and I highly highly recommend you get your hair done by her. I don't want to name the person who gave me the worst haircut of my entire life because I don't think it's entirely necessary. And honestly I kind of feel bad for her because I could tell she knew that she messed up. She had to get someone to help her with them. I asked for shorter curtain bangs and showed them the picture of what I wanted which I will add, the second picture is what I left the salon with. You'll be able to tell it's me because you can see the tears in my eyes. I have been home bawling my eyes out for about 4 hours because the bangs I got are so short that there is absolutely nothing I can do about it but wait until they grow out. Safe to say I'm embarrassed to go out in public, and I'm even embarrassed to walk around my own house looking like this. When I look in the mirror I just want to cry. I'll be wearing headbands and beanies until they've finally grown out enough for me to have something that I don't absolutely despise.
Called last minute and they were able to accommodate my needs , wonderful ladies , very helpful and very sweet , I will definitely comeback !
I tried this salon a few months ago for extensions and color .. color was terrible extensions were extremely overpriced and did not last the hair thinned out within two weeks when speaking with the owner she admitted she rushed and then charged me to take them out when they weren't even put in correctly there was no communication and when addressed was extremely rude the whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing
The fact that your still arguing with me confirms what I just said about you being unprofessional.. I did not bleach the extensions at home lol and I left because you decided to charge when you felt like it when you took the first row out there was no charge and I'm just supposed to know that the next time there's gonna be a charge? So yes I did leave because I'm not gonna pay for a service that wasn't even done correctly in the first place I wouldn't consider that "stealing" They were tangled because you rush them. I had to come back two or three times because it was either popping out or falling out but if you wanna post pictures to try to make yourself look better go ahead
Lol alright the money came out of my account so if you feel like you need to file a police report. Go ahead I would be more than happy to show them my bank statements.
After moving to Wilmington this past year I struggled to find a hair salon I could feel comfortable and trust. Emily Bullard was wonderful!! My hair is back to being bright/healthy and with beautiful auburn highlights. Super happy, she did a fantastic job!!
I was pleasantly suprised by the prices! Great quality and extremely happy with results!! Would recommend
