Kreashenz Salon & Spa in Wilmington, NC

My friend and I came here to get our hair and makeup done for prom. While Ashton was great to us and was very respectful, what we received was far from what we paid for. We had both asked for neutral colors on our eyes with some color on our face using bronzer and blush. What we got was far from that. My eyeshadow was yellow and maroon. I had little to no color. Whatever was used made both of us break out. Our hair was done and would have been okay but whatever she put in it before made it so that curls would not stay. My hair was curled 4 different times and was stick straight 15 minutes later which is totally abnormal for my hair. We read reviews and were very confident but this service was definitely not worth the price.

Charmin P. is the best hairstylist in town. My daughter, grand daughter & I, use Charmin for our hairstyles..She'll make recommendations & all we do is sit back & relax..the results are phenomenal!! Charmin is also sweet & makes us feel special and important.

This place was so kind to us. On this trip we were 4 very high maintenance ladies in town for a wedding. They were so nice in working with us. After all our issues hey were able to accommodate us and were very gracious about our almost needing to cancel and then not having to.  Like I said high maintenance.  Thank you ladies at Kreashenz. I wish I could remember your names.

Jacey did my make up and Nicole did my hair for my trial run. Then my fiancé reminded me that we also had our engagement pictures that day lol. So that worked out well and everyone loved my make up and hair! Jacey and Nicole both did a great job! I cannot wait for the big day and see everything together!!

My friend had her wedding on 4/23/17.  While the two girls who did hair showed up on time, the makeup artist, and owner of Kreashenz never showed up.  No one (even her employees) knew what happened to her.  This caused chaos, as the bride and her mom didn't have anyone to do their makeup.  Myself and another bridesmaid had to coach the bride on how to do makeup.  The bride didn't bring her makeup along, and she ended up using ours, which is at least three shades lighter than her skin color.  This resulted in her pictures not being anywhere where they should be, and her not looking her best on her day. The owner emailed back the next day, saying that she left her phone in her son's room and she didn't hear her alarm.  Totally excusable.  While this was a disaster, our hair looked great, and the her employees apologized profusely for the owner's unexcused absence.
