I wanted to give Rebecca a shoutout for being so kind and patient with the elderly gentlemen I assisted to get his haircut/beard trimmed last week. He has not had anybody to help him with tending to his personal hygiene in awhile and she got him cleaned up and looking like a new person in time for Thanksgiving!

Very clean store and friendly. They make your feel welcome and valued. The store is kept very clean and stocked. The prices are reasonable and when using online check in it is an efficient service. The stylists are great conversationalists and make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. This is a great location.
Last time, great experience. Online check in as accurate and stylist (who said she is normally not here) was quick and did excellent job with sons hair. Today, 22 minute wait time turned to 35 and still 3 ppl in front of us. Older stylist was so slow, it took 15 minutes to do a buzz cut. I watched her. Then another guy in her chair and she'd barely touched his after 10 minutes. We'll go to Porters Neck location next time. We left. Never got service after 40 minutes.
The one thing I love about Great Clips is it is always a consistent experience no matter what location you go to. This wasn't the closest Great Clips to me but it did have a 0 wait time (on the app). The closer locations were over an hour wait time.
Checked in online line, showed up about 10 minutes later and got right in. My hair cut details are in their computer system and they got busy. Quick and easy.
