I went here about a year ago. I did not like the negative attitude of the colorist. It really ruined the experience that was otherwise lovely.
Waited over 35 minutes past my appointment time to be brought back. Wasn't compensated at all for having to wait an unacceptable time. Apparently my time isn't important at all. I won't be returning back. Poor customer service.
I choose this salon because it had a lot of young stylist and I was hoping for a fashion forward look but instead found myself a bit disappointed. My stylist was very nice and I enjoyed her company. I had two request...to keep my bangs long enough to cover my forehead and sideburns which neither I got. It was basically just a short one inch haircut all over including my bangs with some texturing and a uninteresting back that I will have to have corrected by another stylist. Short haircuts are an art and I feel this one missed the cut. I am sure my stylist is talented and why I am not mentioning her name and still giving a high score. But this was the most expensive haircut I have ever paid for. My suggestion is talk to your clients as you go, especially if they are new.

Michelle has been my stylist and color extraordinaire for the past 7 years in Southern Oregon, before moving to Yakima. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelle as a hair stylist. I have always been confident that my hair is in good hands with Michelle. I never worry about my cut or color as I know that Michelle will always take good care of me. She is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date with the latests trends and products. She is extremely professional, friendly and efficient and has always been able to work around my busy schedule. I was constantly handing out Michelle's card because I receive so many compliments on my hair. My only is disappointment is that I have to find a new stylist as Washington is a bit too far of a commute for a cut and color.
