be super careful when getting a haircut by the young ladies there! I second Perla's review and got the worst haircut of my whole life there! I showed the lady what I wanted and she went ahead and cut my bangs STRAIGT ACROSS and short at one end, then thinned out the rest of my hair REGARDLESS of what I showed/told her I wanted! I am still sick over it and did not go to my work holiday party because I am so embarrassed to show myself in public and to those who say., get over it, it will grow out, try having your bangs way above your damned eyebrows and crooked! I am still super ticked that I paid for it and I truly recommend that you look elsewhere for someone who will flipping listen to what you want, not what THEY want. Go to a more mature hair dresser/stylist who has been around the block, so to speak and will understand that the customer should be listened to!

I was having high hopes in this place but. Went to get a money piece , but end up with a patchy chunk of hair. I am sorry I am really disappointed, the stylist tho was nice and I thought she knew what she was doing, she was really polite but didn't got to understand what o wanted, I showed hair pictures and thought she got it , but didn't, she bleached my baby hair from the front and made me look like I was bald . She tried to toned it but didn't help. I tried to put a smile after all tho I did not want to make her feel bad because it's hard when u are first starting which i didn't know she was till the end. ​I tried to give it a smile so she didn't feel bad because I figure the owner would refund me my money but she didn't instead she offer me to fix it,.. I went back again to get it fix, I didn't want to bleach it more instead I up it to cover it and melt my roots down and cover my baby hair. She kind of did as I ask but still didn't cover all my baby hair and didn't brought down my roots to cover the brassines. But hey it look a little better than what it was but still not as how I ask. ... If u ask me how u can earn 5 stars well, communication is the key, let us know if the job can be done.

I was nervous at first going because I had never been there before and was bleaching my hair over BLACK AND RED BOX DYE. My stylist was newer but as soon as I met her and started talking to her she made me feel super comfortable and reassured me we could get me lighter without sacrificing the integrity of my hair. The first time was amazing and I decided to go blonder. Couldn't be more happy with my hair now! Kaitlyn Wimberley works freaking magic !

if I could give zero stars, I would. The hairstylist "tried" and claimed she has 1 1/2 years experience. I don't know how she got her license. The owner refuses a refund unless she "sees it first". Even after numerous photos were sent.

This is my new go to hair Salon! Great atmosphere. The hair stylist are very friendly. MOST importantly, I absolutely loved my hair Collette is Amazing. I would recommend booking ahead because she is booked out 2 months. It was definitely worth my wait and glad I didn't rush to someone else!
