Alexandra on Second you have once again made me a very happy and satisfied customer. I originally starting coming here to get my eyebrows waxed but now I will be also coming here to get my hair cut. Idalia was a great stylist in and out of the salon, throughout the process she asked me questions about the products I was using and gave me recommendations on products that would help put my hair back on a much healthier journey. When I was being checkout she gave me her card which had her personal number so if I had any questions I could contact her personally. My hair was all the way down to my tailbone but not healthy at all, it was falling out more than normal, felt brassy and just absolutely disgusting. Now my hair feels healthy and happy. Thank you Alexandra on Second and of course Idalia for the new look and the wonderful service!

She's taken the restrictions in stride with both reasonable concern and optimistic confidence; I always feel safe and well cared for while I'm there. Pro Tip: If you come in with clean, straight hair, you can get a "dry cut" which goes a lot faster (and is a lot cheaper) than having your stylist wash and dry your hair.
