This place is a nightmare, the employees here are so rude! They act like they hate doing nails. Avoid!!
I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon since 2012. They used to be the BEST in town and my absolute favorite, but starting in 2020, they became very rude and unhelpful. My mom had bad experiences over the last three years and refuses to go anymore. I didn't believe her and so I went in today at 9:45 am and asked to get dip with tip removed and then a gel manicure. They told me they could not help me today. My dip was too thick and I needed to go home, remove it myself and come back tomorrow. I was embarrassed and frustrated because it was only 9:30 am and I literally came to them to get the dip with tip off because I didn't want to do it myself and hurt my nails. I decided to go to a different salon I had never been to before and they immediately helped me and got the nails off in 10 mins or less and did a beautiful gel manicure for me. I was back home with my new mani by 11:11 am. I walked into their salon at 10:00 am and they were done by 10:40 am.
Can never get ahold of them anymore to make appointments which is extremely frustrating when I don't want to do a walk in and have to wait 3 hours! I used to love E Nails but recently they've gone downhill. My manicures are always rushed and pedicures are hit or miss.
I'm irritated with this place. We put our names on the list for two pedis and two manis. They say it will be an hour. No problem. We walk around. We come back 30 minutes later to check on the wait time. The girl informs us they no long have time for manis at 4 in the afternoon. As we are getting our pedicures, they take walk ins for manis. They also charged for the 4 oz of wine served which is illegal since they are a spa license to only serve, not sell. Not impressed.
I came in at 11:30 for a manicure and pedicure and was told to be back in an hour. I returned and had to wait another 15 minutes. The pedicure was good but at the end someone else stepped in to finish. He then just walked away without acknowledging I was getting a manicure. I had to tell someone else that I was also getting a manicure. They asked someone else and I was told to go sit in a chair and now being told it will be another 15 minutes. They're not that busy and not sure where their employees are. Plan extra time to come here.
