I've been trying to find a good salon that's reasonably priced in the Cleveland area, and I think I finally found it! I called around noon today to schedule a haircut, and they were able to get me in at 2:30. My stylist Kayla was so nice and relatable, and she did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. It was exactly like the inspo picture I showed her, but maybe better. The salon is super cute and well kept, and the staff is great. I left the saloon feeling and looking better than when I walked in.

Nope - won't be going back to this salon. I always try to be really positive about local establishments, but our experience here was not good. I really wanted to like it.... Took my daughter for a 25th bday mani-pedi treat. When I called I asked for two appointments at the same time. It was only by accident when we called later that we found out that they booked them one after another - a much bigger time commitment. I honestly wouldn't have minded the setting - the nail salon is in the basement with exposed pipes and no charm - had they shown any effort at all to try to create a nice space and setting for customers to have a pleasant experience. Like any little touch at all would have been appreciated. But our manicurist turned on the TV as soon as we got there to a movie that apparently she wanted to watch (did not ask if we were OK with watching a movie or maybe would prefer listening to music) and she proceeded to watch TV the entire time we were there. Another employee who had some free time parked herself downstairs and the two of them proceeded to just talk about customers and business matters - IMHO this is not professional and definitely did not create a nice atmosphere for customers. They were not focused on their customers. The stylist never asked us how we wanted our nails (length or the shape). My pedicure was OK, but she had a hard time staying in the lines. My daughter asked for a French manicure, and the manicurist did not communicate well at all about the color choices and ended up giving my daughter white tips with no nail color at all - because the manicurist didn't explain the options or ask the right questions. And the white tips didn't even cover the ends of her fingernails. I gave them one star for wearing masks appropriately, which I do really appreciate.

Mariana is absolutely amazing at her job! I went in unsure how my hair would turn out just because I was coming in with jacked up hair but hands down this is the happiest I have been about my hair. Mariana went above and beyond my expectations. In general, the salon just had great vibes about it and you could tell everyone there was talented!

From over view of staff everyone seems friendly, as soon as I was seated for my cut and dye. My stylist spilled the tea with everything from drug use to drama of stylist sleeping with another. They mentioned several services offered but later when looking on line I noticed none of that was listed. They have a couple of girls working in the basement providing services and offering certificates, I question if this is a valid operation. Aside from the gossip about employees i did like my hair, but more likely will stick to my original stylist she professional and sweet.
