Got an appt here for my picky teenage son. She listened to us and seemed to really care about making sure she did exactly what he wanted. It was a great experience and the picky kid is happy!
Vivi did an awful job on my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (top right) and the bottom left picture is what I got after 4 hours of being in her salon. She refused to give me any money back (paid over $350). The look, the texture, everything about my hair is awful. Never going back to her again
I was suprised the price of the long haircut with bangs including shampoo & blow dry cost me total $60. I was under the impression that it will be closer to $30 since most review says won't cost an arm and leg and on the website the price seems closer around $30. Looks great after she is done, but after I wash my hair, it's not the easiest to style anymore. It requires more effort for me to looks nice in the morning. I won't be going back there anymore for haircut.
Would genuinely give this salon 0 stars if that was an option. My friend went to her for a brunette balayage and left with chemical burns on her scalp due to the amount of bleach she used, not to mention ORANGE hair as a result of heavy bleach and no toner. The chemical burns were so bad they ended up giving her a Staph infection that cost her hundreds of dollars in antibiotics and steroids and lasted almost a year. When we contacted Vivi afterwards explaining how unhappy we were with the results, she was incredibly rude and refused to give any sort of help for the damage she caused. Please save your money AND your hair.
