Last week I called and scheduled an appointment for a facial. Gave all my information. This Saturday I arrived 10 minutes early and 3 ladies were working in the front of the salon. They asked why I was there and I said a facial and one of the ladies went to the back. When she came back out she said to have a seat since I was a bit early. So I sat and sat until 15 minutes past my appointment. Another lady working up front went to the back to check again. By this time the person working as the esthetician had walked past me and took someone else back. When the lady returned, she apologized and stated that the esthetician did not have me scheduled on her books. The attempt was made to blame the owner. Sorry but total blame goes to the esthetician. Two of her fellow workers went back to let her know that I was there. Never once did she step up to explain the situation or apologize. Instead she lets her coworker apologize for her!?!?! That's rude and poor customer service. The only reason there is even on star is for the 3 ladies working up front that attempted to assist me. This all worked out well because it left a $40 tip in my wallet.
Waste of 600 dollars. Went for underarm wax. Always had issue with scheduling appointments. Last minute cancellation even though I get confirmation just in the morning that they are there. Poor customer service. And to top that I still have underarm hair. They don't respect customers time. My money is gone and I also wasted my time. Stay away.
I used to go to this place for my waxing. Sangeetha gives excellent service. She gave me advice for permanent hair removal service and the results are excellent. She goes out of the way to give the best service for an affordable price!
