the service was horrible if I could rate it no stars I would! the lady butch my pedicure! I asked for square nails and she cut the down to the nubs and literally wasted polish all over my feet.

Nice atmosphere.. Tony did a great job on my nails! First time there, will definitely go back!

While 2 technicians that I encountered were well educated, service and experience at this nail salon was horrible I went with my 2 daughters foe mani pedi gel polish spent 300 dollars only for the polish to chip off the third day around by that time I was in a different continent. I remember gel polish lasting me at times for up to 2 weeks their products are not good. Like an I don't I went back there for pedicure and sns nails. This time around the lady would not trim my toe nails even when I asked her to do so and when she did she totally butchered it and the paint job is of a 5 year old even I can paint my nails better then that again 40 dollars down the drain at that point I was like no I don't want to get my hands done. Given this place 4 chances like an idiot spent well over 500 dollars in the process. Better off going to another salon ( riviera nail spa every single technician is super experienced) don't waste your money and time. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I want someone else to save their money.

I read the reviews stating overpriced. Still took a chance as I was in dire need to get my nails done, acrylic fill ins. Called ahead to check waiting time, no wait, went right in. The tech was ok, seemed slightly moody. I was still ok with it. It was definitely overpriced for the poor work done. Nail polish started to peel off by day 3 and this was supposed to be no chip!

I have been a loyal customer here for years; but the quality of service has deteriorated; as has the finished product. The salon's posted hours indicate they are open on Sundays and I have been there on Sunday; yet they were closed when my niece and I showed up at the salon on a Sunday afternoon about 2 months ago. Also, I have unfortunately been stuck with the same nail tech the last 3 times have been to the salon. Every single time, he rushes through the service and skips steps.  He has not performed the massages listed as one of the included items as included during the manicure and pedicure. On one occasion, he only put on one coat of polish.  His service time is much shorter than some of the other techs and every time the polish on my fingernails has started to chip within 1-2 days.  The manager is pushy and always tries to get me to get the more expensive SNS powder as opposed to the gel.  He's also a smoker. He doesn't smoke in the main area; but he apparently smokes somewhere while working as reeks of it and that has triggered asthma issues for me when around him.
