I have lived in Hoover my whole life and this is by far the best nail place I have ever been. So accommodating, and their workers are so knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to come here! Make sure you call ahead because this place is incredibly popular and they are usually busy!
All I can say is this is one of the best if not THE best nail shops I have ever been to. I got my nails done by Kevin two weeks ago and they are still on. They don't even feel like they are about to come off. I have found my new nail spa and tech I couldn't be more happy with this wonderful place. Oh and they gave Marvelous Customer Service!!!!
This is by far my favorite nail salon in Birmingham! I've never had a bad experience! I've only had personal experience with Cam and Mary and they are both fabulous! Even after it being my second visit, everyone in there knew me by name! I went in once with a friend who was going through a hard time and it was our topic of conversation while we were in there and at my next visit 3 weeks later two people approached me and called her by name when they asked me how she was doing. Everyone at nail image is not only kind, but they are very talented! I enjoy visiting even though i don't visit quite as much as i have had to visit other salons because the dip lasts so long (they are THAT good! )
