Made an appointment pursuant to their web site several weeks ago, only to be contacted and say that they couldn't do the time that I had set, and wanting to schedule it hours earlier.  While inconvenient, I agreed.  Now, weeks later and only a few days before the appointment, they decide that they need to cancel it because the "Pride" parade will make it difficult to get to the location.  As if this is somehow a new event that they did not know about weeks ago.  Given that I had scheduled a cut just before my trip, I now need to try and find someone to do my hair in the next few days.  Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Kristenlee really takes the time to get to know you, your hair, and you end up with the best haircut you will ever have. I'm about as low maintenance as you can get with my hair. I've chanced haircuts at supercuts more than I'd like to admit, so I figured it was time to step up and get a proper haircut, and I'm so glad I went to Kristenlee. She walks you through the entire process as she's cutting your hair and truly has your best interest in mind the entire time. She's so nice and talented, and it was the best decision I've made thus far about my hair. I even had someone stop me on the street and tell me how cute my haircut was. Amazing service by Kristenlee! I had a Brazilian blowout hairdo done by the fabulous Kristenlee about 4 weeks ago. The process was pretty easy, few hours in the hands of talented Kristenlee and my hair turned into silk and shine! Still looks great after 4 weeks. It changed my life, really. No more frizz, no more fight with my crazy and unruly hair everyday! I get ready for work or going out in 5-10minutes. It's just unreal. I'm so happy with the services, products and Kristenlee! I just had THE best hair style experience of my life! Kristenlee is THE best. She took the time to talk to me about my hair, what I wanted, gave me advice and came up with the best plan for my hair. I have extremely long hair and was scared to cut any of it, simply because I've been growing it out, and once it's cut..I know it will grow back, but I was afraid of a bad cut. I just came into the area a few months ago, and was SO glad I checked Yelp and went to Kristenlee for my balyage and cut!!! Great conversation, glass of wine, and we were the only ones in the studio - felt like a private event! It was awesome! I WILL be going back before my trip to Vegas in December!!!
