Their customer service is terrible. They will not budge if you are late or mistakenly thought you cancelled on the confirmation text.
It's a no-go. You will have to pay the full cost. Even if you called the day before.
I have to say that I really ended up with a good haircut...& that is most important.

I've only ever gone to Aveda salons for all hair and eyebrow related needs but today I ventured out for a body massage as I work 60 hour weeks in a restaurant. My day off started great when I was welcomed and greeted by every staff member who I walked by, all smiling. Every time I come in they're always very happy to see me (just as they are toward any guest). I was offered water or a beverage and taken back to meet Laura (if i misheard her name I sincerely apologize). I have never gotten a massage but she made me feel at ease. The bed was heated and very soft. She made me feel comfortable and used aromatherapy to start off the massage. She worked hard on my shoulders, back, arms, and calves as I mentioned those were my problem areas. I had a 60 minute deep tissue. I have never felt better in my life. She lit a candle and dimmed the lights as soft piano and nature sounds played quietly to relax me more. The lotion used was light and barely scented but perfect so a non sticky feel. She didn't waste any time and worked out ALL of my knots and trust me there were many. Best i've ever felt in my life. She even threw in a facial massage and brought me water when I was finished. Overall, 10/10 recommend, and I never write reviews. Will be back for sure.
Paid 250 dollars for a balayage and barely got highlights. Commented on how it did not look blonde whatsoever and her response was that it was blonde and it would lighten up. You cannot even see a color difference in my hair. If you want a balayage DO NOT go here. My haircut is cute and the stylist was nice but it does not look anything like a balayage. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for color that you can't even see. Not happy. At all.
