Great experience! Michael was super nice and cut my hair exactly the way I asked for and thoroughly did my thinning and layers. I've found my place in Wilm to get my hair done!

So, I came in wanting an ombré, and I called last minute due to some conflicts with a different salon. I was so glad they were about to fit me in today this was my second choice after all. Bailey was the women who did my hair, so was so sweet and we held a great conversation, but unfortunately she lacks skills, possibly experience too? I'm almost positive she was originally the receptionist (since she was the only one leaving their client to answer calls)I talked about going lighter in the future so she said she could raise the blonde a little higher to look more natural, but as you can see from the photos that was not the case. At first I was a little upset about my hair I told her it looked weird and in the moment i wasn't sure if it was just too new or it wasn't done properly, she tried to reassure me by curling it and taking a photo in better lighting and In the moment it did look cute, but once I got home I realized the mess I was left with. I really wanted to like this salon but unfortunately paying $160 + tip for this is unacceptable. I was debating calling and asking for her to fix it but I think I should of just listened to the previous review to begin with. Oh well off to Walmart I go to get some box dye.

I recently moved from California to the Wilmington area and needed to find another stylist who could replace my hairstylist of 8 years. I am very picky and was very pleased with how Tracy listened and took her time to make my hair just how I wanted. I love the color and cut! I'll be going back to her for sure! I've found my forever salon!

By far the best hair salon experience I have EVER had. Mike takes SUCH good care of my mess of a head of curls and and even helps me figure out color choice (those that won't kill my hair ). Also- literally have never let anyone cut my hair regularly ever but I let Mike and he has never been one to chop my hair without permission.. just makes it pretty. 10/10
