Vi or Vivian is the sweetest and most skillful. You can tell she takes pride in her work and is super customer service oriented. She can't be happy until you are happy with the final results. Her prices are fair, given her location in Kaka'ako. The facility is nice, newer, tidy, and always smells fragrantly fresh! For a salon that takes walk-in business and can be busy at times, they do a fairly good job at providing a variety of services. I like the fact that they're a one-stop shop where you can get a mani, pedi, haircut and color all at once. Super convenient for those who live in and around the SALT area. Parking is available in the designated lot/structure and can be validated, especially for quicker services or you can find nearby metered street parking.
My hair took 2 visits/sessions to achieve the level of highlights I wanted, being that I'm a natural brunette and I ended up being very pleased with the work Vi did. Their foot spa treatments are quite good and I usually get Gel Finish French pedicure which lasts me quite some time. I like that they don't overdo the cutting of my cuticles and their foot scrubs aren't unbearably ticklish.
Overall, great hair and nail salon that won't break your bank but will leave you satisfied.

I LOVE this place!! They do such a good job and the price is so reasonable. You can park at Keauhou public parking garage and visit down to earth and other retail stores nearby for up to an hour for free, and more if you get parking validated. I've gotten my hair dyed, and cut twice. Most recently, I wanted a stylish short hair cut from having long hair for over a decade. I brought in a photo for reference and Tweety (my hair stylist) did an AMAZING job. She was so sweet too. Price came out to only about $50, so I tipped well and bought some hair product. Can't wait to come back next time I'm itching for a new hairstyle!

I never leave reviews, but my experience today was awful. I had French tips done on my fingers which were so uneven and crooked, I actually had to ask the nail tech to fix the worst two. The rest looked pretty bad as well but it was too late to have them re-done. My gut instinct told me to skip the pedicure after the trash experience with my manicure, but I stayed anyways. Big mistake. My gel pedicure lasted less than 4 hours and then this happened. $102 down the drain today. Crushed because I've usually had positive experiences here but this was unacceptable. Never in my life have I complained about my nail service anywhere, but this warranted a review.

I don't usually write reviews but i was very upset of what happened yesterday. I went to their nail/hair salon for the first time and it was a horrible experience all around. The lady who did my nails did them in 10 minutes. I told her square nails she did a few round and others slanted. as soon as she finished she rushed to another client. THEN, i got my eyebrows done by amy and she told me she has been doing eyebrows for years. she basically shaved off all my eyebrows and told me to draw them instead. She said that i had too much hair and couldn't do my eyebrows and that's why she needed to trim ALL my hair off. Would not recommend getting eyebrows here. On the bright side, amy does good toes but other than that these people working here need to work on their management.

I have been a regular here for a while and am always satisfied with the quality of my cut here (Men's). Recently my wife has been coming with me to get pedicures, so it takes care of two birds with one stone.
