I've been coming to Pam for like 4 years, and she's AMAZING! Scheduling with her can be difficult because she has so many clients, so make sure you book ahead. First off, the hair wash. Love it! She assesses your hair, and depending on your hair type, she determines how many shampoo washes you need (you don't HAVE to do a wash if you request not to). I got two rounds of shampoo, and then a condition. I love how she massages my scalp. I could sleep with how relaxing, soothing, and firm she does it. She doesn't pull on the scalp which makes it even better!
After the wash, you head back to her chair. She cuts the length you want. I go in for a trim & layers. She's really thorough and she make sure all of the split ends are gone. Pam is charming, sweet, and also a great listener! I love chatting with her always. I would definitely come back to her for many more years!

Kevin was my stylist. He charged me $240 for the worst cut and color. My hair was down to my waist. He never asked me if I wanted to donate my hair. He literally took 3 sections and cut it straight across. And don't get me started with the color. I could've color it myself and it would've came out better. He had 2 other clients plus myself at the same time. He was rushing. Now i have to go else where and get it fix. It will cost me another $250.00.
Oh, and i tipped him $60. Thanks for the worst experience ever.
After many wonderful years of my wife and I getting our hair done by Howard, I must say he get's better and better even as we and our hair get older and older! His Ala Moana salon is beautiful and clearly the customers are very happy with all the stylists! I couldn't recommend it more highly!!
I highly recommend Sarah, she was accommodating on short notice for one thing. I was way overdue for cut and highlights and she gave me the best of both!
