Lillian is amazing!!! I could end my review there but don't worry I'll go more into detail!

There's plenty of parking which is a huge plus!  And it's located on the second floor and you have to go to an intercom thing to ring the place and they buzz you in. It is very secure... not anyone can roam around the second floor which I appreciate!  

I had my first appointment with her today and she made me feel so comfortable!  I started my appointment a little early because she was ready and it maybe took 20 minutes total!  This was my first time getting sugaring done for a Brazilian. I've done the at home wax machine but that takes like 2 hours and is the most painful thing ever since you're basically inflicting pain on yourself. I don't know why I didn't start coming here sooner!

She makes you feel very comfortable and kind of talks to you while she's doing it so you almost forget what she's doing!  Yes it was painful but she makes the whole experience pleasant!  

I am so excited that my gf told me about this place and to be honest it was quite a peaceful break from my busy work day!

Lillian is the BEST EVER!!!! She is meticulous, and makes you feel so comfortable. And she is so funny!!! I will not go to anyone else for waxing. I had seen her for years, and then moved to the mainland. I visit Hawaii once a year and she is my first stop before I get into a bathing suit or shorts!!!!!! I would give her 100 stars if it were an option.  I miss her terribly, but we I will see her this winter!!!!

I've been getting all my waxes done by Lillian for about 2 years now.  Love that she is very FAST!  She is not sloppy at all.  She treats her clients well and knows what she is doing.  I trust her every time I go in.  There's no need to call, you can just text her when you want to come in and what to get done for your next appointment.  She'll definitely respond and let you know when she is ready for if you want to come in immediately.  The services are very affordable.  Ample parking and near downtown area which is perfect because I'm such a townie that hate finding parking!  Highly recommend and will always always be coming back!

If I could give ten stars. I would. // I've been going to Lilian for a couple of years now and I am never going to anyone else. It honestly is quite hard to find someone who makes you feel comfortable while they're in your "business" but Lilian makes it so easy. Each visit feels like you're actually catching up with a friend!

Lilian is great with scheduling. Texting her is much easier to book an appointment rather than calling since her hands are hardly ever free. Her schedule gets pretty booked but she always makes sure to have time slots available for her returning clients.

So what're you waiting for?! Book an appointment! You won't regret it.

BTW: She does take Debit and Credit Cards as forms of payment but an additional fee is added on so it's better to pay with cash!

I've been going to Lilian at NOHEA Studio for more than two years now.
The quality of the service has always been high standard. Always very clean and comfortable.
Lilian treats her clients very special, she remembers what you talked last time and she's very caring.
In all this time she has never cancel any appointment and she's always on time.
I go every month to get my legs wax and my face. Since I use wax for years now, I barely get hair in my legs. And I love how my face looks after the sugaring. I recommend it to everyone!
It's a great location in Vineyard and Nuuanu, but the car entrence is by Nuuanu. There's always costumer parking.
By appointment only. She does better with text messages than calling.
