If I could leave less tan 1 star I would. Kayli was horrible. couldn't handle a bang trim with clear reference photo given. horrible accountability by the store. can't say enough bad things about it, if you are in central PA don't waste your time unless you have Violet.
I have been waiting for Ulta's salon to open back up, since COVID. I finally went back since it opened (YAY!). I brought a picture and showed Elizabeth/Liz and she did it EXACTLY as the picture looked, I was SO AMAZED. She is SO TALENTED. I am always pleased with the service there, people are friendly and helpful, not pretentious. I always feel welcomed there. I highly recommend Ulta salon and cosmetics to everyone that asks me because they are consistently friendly, well priced and have a great selection. I am never disappointed when I go to their salon; I know the staff will keep me current and fresh looking. They will not look at me sideways if I want to switch it up or add some pink randomly. They are open minded artists that are kind, which is my kind of people!!
I made a last minute appointment with Violet! She was absolutely amazing. Best haircut I have ever had, and I used to be a stylist......so I am somewhat picky! Definitely booking with her again.
I stopped in to look For another shade in the Estee Lauder foundation that I am currently wearing. A woman from the Clinique counter came over and asked me if I needed assistance, I took her up the offer. Although she was a very nice lady, my complaint is that she proceeded to remove my makeup off my face with her brush cleaner instead of a cleanser. She was spraying it onto a cotton ball and wiping it onto my face. Needless to say, I couldn't get out of her chair fast enough.
