The place was very nice however I did feel very mistreated the entire service. I've never had a soak off for acrylic take an hour and 40 minutes...I got to the salon at 5pm got into a chair at 5:15 and didn't leave till 8pm, no exaggeration. Toward the end I wanted to get up and leave because the lady who was doing my nails was being very heavy handed and hurting me even after I spoke up. Towards the end other employees started trying to make jokes on "how patient I was being " and I responded that I didn't have a choice! I just would not recommend for people to go here, most of the people that enjoy this place are okay with receiving mediocre results .
I've gone here twice now and this will continue to be my go to... they're such nice people and very very gentle, make sure I get every detail I wanted and the price is also wonderful, 40 for a gel set, other places will charge 55 for that. Also a really really clean salon, will be back next time
By far the best nail salon I've been to in York. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and the nail techs put a lot of time and energy into making sure your nails look great and you feel good when you leave.
