I got my hair extensions done here, could not have went to a better place. I had shown Kimberly a pic on my phone for some inspo, and she surpassed my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable on hair extensions and is an artist when it comes to blending/layering/putting the look together. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for!! Couldn't be happier.
Very good salon! Came in for a blowout, I was more than happy with it. Looked amazing! Very reasonably priced, all staff very friendly and courteous. Was taken back as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Definitely recommend!
This salon does great work, but for the second time after making an online reservation, I got a call saying the appointment time won't work. In addition, no reasonable options were offered as I can't leave work in the middle of the day for a haircut. When I asked about the dilemma with the appointment, I was told that "Yeah, the online doesn't work". If that is the case, why is it an option?!?! Unfortunately, in spite of the good work they do, the customer service issues with scheduling make it impossible to continue doing business here.
After plenty of coaxing my wife finally decided to go in for a haircut. An hour and $60 later her hair had barely changed. I asked my wife to request a recut and that she was unsatisfied, but given the tough situation everyone has been going through, she was hesitant to speak up and decided to let it go. It is highly disappointing that a level of professionalism isn't maintained and customers are taken for a ride with false flattery. All these places need to focus on less talk and more work.
Very disappointed. Had to give at least on star to let me post a review. I can't get over my disappointment in Renee and my experience. My picture says it all.
