This Ulta is relatively new and it's located just across the street from Westfarms Mall. I like shopping at this Ulta because all areas of the store are really well stocked, especially currently during the holiday season. There are also plenty of special edition gift sets available.
Ulta is a great shopping experience for three reasons. Majority of the items have testers, so you can touch, play and see how they work for you, before you purchase. The other reason is they sell high end products and drugstore items in the same store. Also, there are several brands and products that are exclusively sold at Ulta and no other brick and mortar location.
At this location there's a wide variety of hair products and hair tools, skin care, fragrances, makeup as well as a trial sized section.
The staff working at this Ulta location are very knowledgeable about the products and are ready to answer any questions.
There are several services this Ulta location offers, I haven't utilized any of them, so I can't comment on the quality. They offer ear piercing. Hair services, such as haircuts, color and style. They also offer eyebrow services and makeup for a special event.
I enjoy shopping at Ulta of West Hartford, and I'll continue shopping here in the future.

I visit this location when I'm in the area , I shop at the West Farms mall often , plus I noticed this location has some products my local Wtby store doesn't . Anyways I never leave a review for a store sales associate but this time I thought I should for Angelica .
She was so kind and helped me. I explained I needed to re purchase since I forgot my coupon , she made my transaction easy and helpful with questions etc
I will tell you that , this makes me want to shop here more than any other Ulta .

Izzy at the salon is amazing! I went in for highlights, cut and blow out! He recommended a hair treatment that made my hair feel better than before ! I highly recommended Izzy Milano check out his website MakeupIQ.com
Very big location and very nice cashiers .The store is super clean and very well organized,I found it easier to navigate versus the Plainville one .The prices are still ok ,my only suggestion would be for the price tags to be more accurate.For 1 item in particular,the price at the register was different than the sticker price.
