Omg its the best spa i have ever been. I did a facial every thing was taken care of from discoloration to dryness. Even my lips got scrubbed and the massage was excellent I was about to pass out because I was so relax. The ambience was beautiful and very relaxing.
I don't have enough words to describe my fantastic visits to XES Beauty Lounge. Evelyn Manson-Miller, the owner, has given me the best facials that I have ever had in my entire life. I'm convinced that facials are the most important and relaxing self care appointments that you can make for yourself. I will never go anywhere else for a facial ever again. I've also had a massage at XES and that was wonderful too! You just can't go wrong! If you're new to WeHa like I was, then do yourself a favor and start here for your spa needs.
I am becoming a regular here and it is all because of great service! I now get my sugaring, manicures and pedicures from them. My mani pedi was amazing on Monday! Looking forward to my next appointment and I may try a new service! Love my nails!!! Never tried Gell on my nails but I must say I really like it but it won't be an all the time thing.

I booked a Brazilian wax on June 3rd for 12:45 on line with Sonya. I made the appointment for the time I was going to be in town. I volunteer so I keep my phone on silent till I get out. At 12:00 I look at my phone and received a text that they had to change my appointment to 12 which was sent at 11:10. I also received a voicemail at 10:36 from Iris about my appointment that Sonia advising she doesn't come in today and that I normally don't book with her. If I could call back to rebook. I did call back and Iris advised that there where only appointments much later in the day. Which wouldn't work for me. I asked why no one contacted me earlier and she said the owner tried last week. Never received a call even checked my phone records. I want to say that Iris was very understanding and pleasant. Also the lady that has done my waxes has been excellent. She is not listed by name in the online booking only Sonia so that is who I thought I had been going to. Iris advised she would get Evelyn the owner to call me. Got a text from Evelyn advising that she had to change Sonia schedule and I would have to rebooked and that they tried to reach me. I sent a text explaining why my phone was on silent and that I didn't think it was great customer service calling/texting 2 hours from appointment time. If I had done that I would have been charged. She texted back to say that they are working under COVID restrictions. Not sure what that has to do with anything as we wear a mask and the state has opening most things up. After that I got a call from Evelyn telling me that it isn't their fault that they couldn't get a hold of me. She was defensive , rude and gave no apology. I advised that this had happened to me before when booking on FB and that the appointment didn't make it into the appointment book. Fortunately that time the receptionist called Evelyn and they got me in.
