How many of you remember the scene in the movie Beauty Shop where the lady enters the salon and takes off her hat and everyone looks mortified? Well, that was me yesterday. My hair was a hot mess and needed to be cut, styled, and dyed. Star, the hair stylist, completely did a hair transformation. She was easy to work with, helped me find a color that would work for me, and cut my hair in the absolute cutest style. I must have thanked her a million times. I get to walk into the new year with style and a little bit of pizazz. She made me look not 52. If you ever read this Start, Thank you!
On October 1 2022 my sister and I went to the Ulta at PG mall. We first entered the store and was immediately ask by the security guard us "Can I help you?" Which that was odd since the employee did not ask us. We said no and walked throughout the store. During that time we noticed that the security guard was there. I didn't mind at first but we noticed that everywhere we were in the store she was there a few steps away Still none of the employees ask us for any assistance in the store and the security guard continued to follow us. Having that done made us feel like we were theives or shoplifters. We visited the store several times in the past and we had a great experience with the store. When my sister confronted the security about her behavior, she became argumentative and confrontational to the point I had to start recording. When she noticed she left but I could never go back to store with a security guard that is unprofessional from attitude to uniform and assistance who do not assist.
This ulta has disappointed me so many times. Broken makeup, dirty and broken displays/samples, and they're ALWAYS out of stuff I need and want. One time I came here at 7:40 and they had the doors locked already even though they close at 8pm. It's sucks the pg girlies can't have anything nice. Just save your time and order online.
I really like this Ulta. It's usually well stocked and the staff is very helpful and polite. Someone is always there to greet you when you enter and you can usually find staff in most areas of the store to answer questions. It's at the perfect location in the mall because it's close to one the entrances so it's always easy to find parking and it's a short walk from the parking lot.
