The worse feeling i wish to no give her any star She's didn't even said sorry My nails was really cute and big bc I'm the person who doesn't like fake nail I love my natural nails and she fuckup my nail..the manager is the worse I don't know if they don't understand English or what

Initially when I started coming here I was throughly pleased. However, after continuing to come here I began to have issues. Fast forward to last Friday (time before this my nail was chipping with gel polish) I paid for me and my children to get their nails done. The very next day my oldest daughter and my nails were chipping, to which they asked me to come on Monday. They did allow us to come and get it fixed for free, however I called today (0529) to let it be known that I got my nails done a week ago and not only has one lifted it came off completely and another broke in half with no signs of cracking. The manager begin to cut me off and claimed she did not like how I was speaking to her, when I'm not screaming nor yelling nor as nasty as I could've been considering the fact the fact I just payed 125$ to get me and my children's nails done plus a 30$ tip bc I liked there service. At this point, after being told if I don't like the job done don't come back, but I am a paying customer that has been patronizing their establishment for about 3 months if not more. I am thoroughly dissatisfied, disgusted as well as appalled by the customer service exemplified, or rather lack there of, by a company I was so pleased by.

If I could give 0 stars, I would You def get what you pay for here. This place is AWFUL! First of all, I called and made an Appt with Hong Kong, who was referred as the best person there. She answered the phone and told me to come in and she would do my nails. I get there, and she passes me off to her brother, who just wasn't good. I got a full set with dip powder. My nails were shaped horribly and they were so thin that they popped off in 3 day Then, I got a pedicure by an older man (didn't get his name). He barely scraped my heels and didn't even do a top coat on my white toes so I was walking around with white out on my toes The paint was all over my cuticles. Even though this place is walking distance from my house, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

So I'll start by saying that you get what you pay for! Service is quick and suitable! The salon looks a littLe outdated compared to other salons that I have visited. I only came here on a Saturday evening because I broke a nail and everywhere else was crowded. I use the Dip polish they have a small collection of colors. When my nails were finished they did not look as neat as I'm used to but they were worth $35. Fast forward to Monday I'm back again for a pedicure still not the best, BUT it's worth the $23 ‍. So I would suggest getting a pedicure here if your feet don't require lots of attention.

Hong Kong does my nails and she's the best. I've tried others but they aren't as good. She owns the salon and never disappoints. If I show her a picture of how I want my nails, she gets it right the first time. She takes her time but does not take too long. I'm very picky on how I like my nail shape and she does it perfectly. It gets very crowded but I always text her first to make sure she's available because I hate sitting around.
