Mamou is a true angel! She has been doing my hair over a year now and my hair is the healthiest it's ever been because she takes care of my protective hair styles EVERY MONTH! She is fast,efficient,and makes me look like a queen every visit! I come just for her ,she is my Angel and she has a forever client!

I've tried numerous times with this establishment and they are hit or miss which is not ideal when I'm paying $200+ for a hairstyle. They make appointments and don't honor them. They should just say that they do walk ins only. Some stylist are better than others. I unfortunately had the displeasure of being assigned to one of the less skilled stylist. I went in asking for spring twist on 5/22/23. I was told that my hair was too long and that bomb twist would be better. I agreed as the styles are similar. It took her about 4 hrs to complete the style which is standard. I wasn't in love with the look but it will suffice... or so I thought. Exactly one week after install, braids/twists started slipping out. I had to go back to have her redo some of the braids. Unacceptable, especially when I paid $220. It has now been three weeks and not only have some braids/twists slipped again but it looks like I've had the style in for months! I never have issues with braids lasting at least 6-8 weeks. At this rate, I'd be happy if I can make it to 5 weeks. I've given them a number of chances at this rate. Braids are too costly for the lack of expertise this place provides. I do not recommend!!!

I would recommend this salon. Nice, neat and quick for simple individual knotless styles.

Horrible experience. This is unprofessional braiding. I asked for knotless boho braids. I showed several pictures to the stylist and got this!!! I informed the stylist that how she was braiding was not what I asked for. The stylist in turn started yelling and fussing. She first told me that she only had to do a couple of the braids over. Then it went to complain and threaten with 'I'll take it out then', I said yes, take it out. That started another unprofessional experience. She started yanking my head and ended up cutting my natural hair as she started to take the braids out. Long story short...... Look closely, there is a knot, the size of the parts are all different sizes, the braids are extremely small in relation to the parts. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY.

This is really a zero star review. This is the 2nd time we used this shop...mind you we live 40 mins away. The first time last year Tem was recommended to do my 13 yr old's knotless braids. She did a wonderful job for $180, long about mid back. Fast forward to this past weekend, my daughter calls Tem for soft locs, Tem says she doesn't do them so gives her Rosie's number. Rosie sends us a pic of the hair, but we were unable to find that brand in out local shops, so we send her a pic of the hair and ask if it's ok, she says yes. My daughter and her dad get to the shop only for Rosie to say this is the wrong hair for soft locs, and she thought my daughter was another client asking about the hair for butterfly locs in the text. Um well that's not our fault you got clients mixed up. So anyway my daughter says she has an attitude basically the whole time. My daughter sends me pics when she leaves and is very upset and says it looks like she has spider legs on her head, and she wasn't wrong. It looks horrible and very stiff and tight. When I bend the lock...it just stays in that position. How can anyone think this looks ok?! And to charge $220 plus the $60 i spent on hair?? Insane. They weren't even long, they were shoulder length and diff lengths. I texted her pics and video and told her I was disappointed. She called, and the convo got no where. I could barely understand her. Basically out of $280 for some BS. She will never touch my kids hair again. If we ever even go back, Tem will be the only one. I do not recommend Rosie. She looks like the thing from the predator movies. Terrible, just terrible!!
