I came up on Black Friday for stocking stuffers for my wife. She is allergic to some makeup but does like Clinique products. I don't know her skin tone number (should've asked), so I was guessing. A staff member approached and asked to help out. I explained what I was doing and she made several good suggestions and recommended I not go with the blush without knowing her number. I got a lip balm kit, a mascara kit and a makeup kit which were normally about $40-50 more than what I paid. The line was not super long and the people up front were nice as well. Because it was a present but I was using her number, they made sure I printed the receipt so not to have the email go to her. I was happy overall with the service.
The salon is great! If you're looking for a stylist book an appointment with Kerri! She is awesome and so nice and slayed my hair the last time I was in!! She books up pretty quick so book ASAP! She is very knowledgeable and the salon was so clean and nice! You know how when you see a new stylist sometimes it's awkward, Kerri did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and welcome!! I just moved to the area so finding Kerri was amazing! A woman and her stylist is a special thing, ya know! Hands down 10/10
This visit was my first time coming in to the store and it far exceeded any expectations I may have had. Everything is well-stocked and beautiful and the salesgirl Cassandra was very helpful, helping me find exactly what I needed and giving advice. I'll be back!
My sister and I visited this store and had a really great experience. The store was clean and well stocked. The service was fantastic - a lady named Amber very patiently helped my sister pick the perfect shade of lip gloss and walked her through what brushes she needed for her other makeup. Amber was obviously very talented in how she applied makeup and gave good, thoughtful advice with no sales pressure.
