My spouse and stepson went here today to get their hair cut before having a family photoshoot done. My stepson's hair is super uneven in the front. The stylist had asked him at the end of his service if he liked his hair and he straight up told her "no", but she didn't really do anything to correct it. Also contemplating buzzing my spouse's hair as well because it does not look good, it's really choppy in the back. Super disappointed that this happened right before our pictures, we don't have any time to reschedule :/ The stylists seemed nice and everything, but I feel like this could've been avoided if they had put more time and care into it.

Showed up at 5:55 on a Sunday. They closed at 6pm. I know I cut it close no pun intended but they did not take me. Why stay open till 6 if you are going to turn people away. Close at 5:30 and finish your customers.
Since I moved, I started going to this location. The 24th Street location did well also, but this is closer. The people have been very nice that have cut my hair. I forgot to grab my receipt and ask by name but the lady that cut my hair was very friendly. And I asked her to cut the back shorter as I have a cow lick that likes to cause me problems. She did a nice job. I use the mobile app to get in quick and I like that it lets me know time lines. I rarely wait that long. I will continue to keep going here. I did forget to replace my punch card so oh well. If you do go, 11th cut is free. The prices, like everywhere under the new regime, are going up. They are now $19 for a basic haircut. Those I'd you that check my reviews know I don't like price increases, but that is a corporate decision, and doesn't affect the service I consistently receive. Keep up the good work.
I have no complaints about this place. They are always busy but there is seldom a wait. In fact there isn't too much need to check in online because I'm usually in and out in less than half an hour. Not even time to read the book I always bring. They keep track of what was done last time so that you don't have to and because you likely get a different stylist each visit. Everyone is very nice and professional. They handle kids very well too!
