I really wasn't going to post, cuz I like to keep things local, but I'm so embarrassed I need to vent. I wanted full bangs, cut from closer to the crown, that came just to my brows (as in the 2 photos). The first appt., I came home with super straight, flat cut, bangs, and the sides were wavy, so basically, i had a mullet. The bang length was OK, but they needed some "dusting" or whatever the current name is, from underneath to give them some lift. I called and came in 2 days l8r for a 2nd try. I'm pretty sure I made myself clear that they just needed a little lift. So, I came in, got settled, heard "snip, snip", looked down and said "that's a LOT of hair". I said it was OK and left. The scarring on my forehead shows so badly from the precancer treatment I'd just had, that I avoided going out the next week. (The photo above, remember, is with 3 wks growth.) I am not sure what happened here but, I gave it MY best shot. I even brought dark chocolate. Oh, well, the #StylistSearch continues.

I was very happy with my lashes by Kayla! I came from out of town and took a recommendation from a friend to go here. Kayla was SO WONDERFUL! She made sure everything was sanitized and let me tell you, her tables are COMFY lol. I snoozed right thru my lash appt (which is normal for me) she was a perfectionist and I appreciate the way she applies lashes, coming from someone who's been getting them done for a few years. She was gentle and still efficient. Kayla DOES give you specific after care directions, tells you what you can and cannot do after getting lashes done. You can't get them wet, you can't swim, you can't put your face in the oven or near high heat...If you are new to going to get your lashes done you need to know how to care for them! Anyway , thanks kayla! My lashes look great
